Aerobee rocket

The Aerobee was an American liquid-fueled sounding rocket developed after World War II to carry scientific instruments into the upper atmosphere and near space.

Aerobee-Hi: A high-performance Aerobee variant that carried scientific payloads to greater altitudes than early models. This variant extended Aerobee research flights to higher altitudes.
Reinhold Tiling: A German rocket engineer whose work on liquid-fueled rockets influenced later rocket development. His rocket designs informed the technology used in the Aerobee's booster stage.
