African Writers Series

The African Writers Series was a Heinemann imprint that published modern African fiction and nonfiction from 1962 onward, making works by African authors widely available in paperback.

Heinemann Educational Books: A British publisher specializing in educational books, including the African Writers Series. Heinemann established the imprint and supplied its publishing infrastructure.
