Air gun

An air gun launches a projectile using compressed air or another gas rather than burning propellant. Designs range from low-powered sporting guns to weapons capable of serious injury.

Spring-piston air gun: An air gun that compresses air with a spring-driven piston when fired. Its piston creates the pressure pulse without a precharged reservoir.
