Alexander Kolchak

Alexander Kolchak was a Russian naval officer and Arctic explorer who became the leading White commander in Siberia and Russia’s Supreme Ruler during the Civil War.

Imperial Russian Navy: The naval forces of the Russian Empire, which existed from 1696 until the empire’s collapse in 1917. Kolchak’s naval career and rank grew within this institution.
