America's Got Talent

America's Got Talent is an American televised talent competition in which performers from a wide range of disciplines compete for judges’ approval and audience votes.

Audition: A performance or trial used to assess a candidate for a role or opportunity. Contestants first demonstrate their acts to the judges during televised auditions.
Simon Cowell: A British television producer, entrepreneur, and music executive known for creating and judging talent competitions. Cowell developed the format and became its most recognizable early judge.
