Anti-Stalinist left

Left-wing movements and thinkers that opposed Stalinism while rejecting anti-communism and defending socialist or communist alternatives.

Stalinism: A political system and ideology associated with Joseph Stalin’s rule in the Soviet Union and its replication elsewhere. Anti-Stalinist leftists opposed its party-state rule, purges, and suppression of dissent.
