Stellar nucleosynthesis: The formation of atomic nuclei through nuclear reactions in stars. The paper organized the known processes of element formation inside stars.
Proton–proton chain: A sequence of fusion reactions that converts hydrogen into helium in stars. It explains hydrogen burning in stars like the Sun.
