Barbara Stanwyck

Barbara Stanwyck was an American actor whose screen career spanned more than five decades, from silent films to television. She is known for roles in Double Indemnity and The Big Valley.

Double Indemnity: A 1944 film noir directed by Billy Wilder, starring Fred MacMurray and Barbara Stanwyck. Stanwyck’s portrayal of Phyllis Dietrichson became one of her signature film roles.
