Battle of Blenheim

A major 1704 battle in the War of the Spanish Succession, where Anglo-Austrian forces defeated French and Bavarian armies near Blenheim in Bavaria.

John Churchill, Duke of Marlborough: An English general and statesman who commanded the Allied forces at Blenheim. His coordinated attacks broke the French and Bavarian position.
