Boutros Boutros-Ghali

Boutros Boutros-Ghali was an Egyptian diplomat and scholar who served as the sixth secretary-general of the United Nations from 1992 to 1996.

Kofi Annan: A Ghanaian diplomat who succeeded Boutros-Ghali as United Nations secretary-general in 1997. Annan followed him after the United States blocked his bid for a second term.
