Brussels

Brussels is Belgium’s capital and largest metropolitan center. It is also the headquarters of the European Union’s main institutions and a major center of Belgian art and culture.

René Magritte Museum: A Brussels museum devoted to the life and work of Belgian surrealist René Magritte. It presents Magritte’s work in the city where he lived and worked for much of his life.
Brabant: A historic region of the Low Countries that included much of present-day central Belgium. Brussels grew as an important city within the medieval Duchy of Brabant.
