César Pelli

César Pelli (1926–2019) was an Argentine-American architect known for elegant, context-sensitive skyscrapers, including the Petronas Towers and the World Financial Center.

Petronas Towers: Twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, designed by César Pelli and completed in 1998. Their paired form and Islamic geometric motifs became Pelli’s most recognizable work.
