Chang Myon

Chang Myon (1899–1966) was a South Korean politician, diplomat, and educator who served as vice president and prime minister of the Republic of Korea.

Syngman Rhee: South Korea’s first president, who led the country from 1948 until his resignation in 1960. Chang served as vice president under Rhee before their government fell in the April Revolution.
