Knowra Cooloola Cooloola Cooloola is a coastal region in southeast Queensland, Australia, where extensive sand dunes, beaches, and forests form part of the Great Sandy landscape.
Cooloola Sandmass : A large coastal sand body in southeast Queensland, shaped by wind, waves, and long-term sediment movement. It forms the region’s defining dune landscape.
Aeolian Processes : Geological processes in which wind erodes, transports, and deposits sediment. Wind builds and reshapes Cooloola’s inland dunes.
