Critically Endangered

Critically Endangered is an IUCN Red List category for species facing an extremely high risk of extinction in the wild. It is the highest risk category before Extinct in the Wild.

IUCN Red List categories: The IUCN system classifies species by their assessed risk of extinction. Critically Endangered is one of the Red List’s threatened categories.
