Danny Boyle

Danny Boyle is a British film and television director and producer whose work includes Trainspotting, Slumdog Millionaire, and the opening ceremony of the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Trainspotting: A 1996 British film directed by Danny Boyle, adapted from Irvine Welsh’s novel about heroin users in Edinburgh. Its kinetic style and breakout success established Boyle as a prominent British film director.
