David Petraeus

David Petraeus is a retired U.S. Army general who commanded forces in Iraq and Afghanistan and served as director of the Central Intelligence Agency from 2011 to 2012.

John Abizaid: A retired U.S. Army general who led U.S. Central Command from 2003 to 2007. Abizaid preceded Petraeus as the senior U.S. commander overseeing the Iraq War.
