Don Hutson

Don Hutson (1913–1997) was a Hall of Fame end for the Green Bay Packers whose exceptional receiving records and route-running helped shape modern passing offense.

1936 NFL Championship Game: The 1936 title game in which the Green Bay Packers defeated the Boston Redskins 21–6. Hutson caught a touchdown pass in this championship victory.
End (gridiron football): An offensive position in early gridiron football, aligned at the end of the line and used as a blocker or pass catcher. Hutson played the end position as it evolved into a receiving specialist.
Curly Lambeau: The Green Bay Packers' co-founder and longtime head coach, who led the team from 1921 to 1949. Lambeau coached Hutson throughout his Packers career and built the passing attack around him.
