East Sussex

East Sussex is a county in southeastern England, bordering Kent, Surrey, West Sussex, and the English Channel. Its county town is Lewes.

Lewes: Lewes is a town in East Sussex and the county’s administrative centre. The county council and many county institutions are based in Lewes.
Hastings: Hastings is a seaside town in East Sussex, known for its medieval history and fishing heritage. It is one of the county’s best-known coastal towns.
Sussex: Sussex is a historic county of southern England, now divided administratively into East Sussex and West Sussex. East Sussex takes its name and much of its historic identity from this larger county.

High Weald: The High Weald is a wooded landscape of ridges and valleys across parts of southeast England. Its characteristic countryside occupies much of inland East Sussex.
