Euparkeria

Euparkeria is an extinct genus of small archosauriform reptiles from the Middle Triassic of South Africa. Its fossils preserve anatomy relevant to the early evolution of archosaurs.

Archosauriformes: Archosauriformes is a reptile clade that includes archosaurs and their close extinct relatives. Euparkeria belongs to this broader group, which also includes lineages outside crown-group Archosauria.
