FIVB Men's Volleyball World Cup

The FIVB Men's Volleyball World Cup is an international tournament for men's national teams, organized by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball. It began in 1965 and has also served as a qualifying route to the Olympic Games.

1965 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Cup: The inaugural men's Volleyball World Cup, held in Poland in 1965 and won by the Soviet Union. The first edition established the tournament as a recurring national-team competition.
