Floret

A floret is a small individual flower, especially one of many flowers packed into a composite flower head. Each floret can bear its own reproductive structures and may produce a seed.

Composite flower head: A cluster of many small flowers arranged to resemble a single flower. Florets are the individual flowers gathered into this larger display.
