Francis I of Austria

Francis I was the first Emperor of Austria, ruling from 1804 until his death in 1835. He was also Francis II, the last Holy Roman Emperor.

Holy Roman Empire: A Central European polity that existed from the early Middle Ages until its dissolution in 1806. Francis inherited its imperial crown as Francis II before ending the empire in 1806.
