Francisco Tárrega

Francisco Tárrega (1852–1909) was a Spanish classical guitarist and composer whose teaching, technique, and compositions helped shape the modern classical guitar.

Recuerdos de la Alhambra: A guitar solo by Tárrega, known for its sustained tremolo melody over arpeggiated accompaniment. Its tremolo technique became one of Tárrega’s most recognizable contributions to guitar repertoire.
