Frédéric Passy

Frédéric Passy (1822–1912) was a French economist, politician, and pacifist who co-founded the Inter-Parliamentary Union and shared the first Nobel Peace Prize in 1901.

William Randal Cremer: William Randal Cremer was a British trade unionist and pacifist who helped establish the Inter-Parliamentary Union. Cremer co-founded the Union with Passy and shared the 1903 Nobel Peace Prize.
