Fulcher of Chartres

Fulcher of Chartres was a priest and chronicler who accompanied the First Crusade and wrote an account of the crusaders and the Latin East.

First Crusade: The military expedition launched by western European Christians in 1096 that captured Jerusalem in 1099. Fulcher accompanied this expedition and chronicled its progress.
