Gary Kildall

Gary Kildall was an American computer scientist and entrepreneur who created the CP/M operating system and founded Digital Research.

CP/M: CP/M is an operating system Kildall created for early microcomputers. Kildall’s best-known creation became a standard operating system for 8-bit computers.
Dorothy Kildall: Dorothy Kildall was a business partner and executive at Digital Research. She helped run the company that commercialized Gary Kildall’s software.
