Giorgio Moroder

Giorgio Moroder is an Italian composer, songwriter, and record producer who helped pioneer electronic disco and became known for his work with Donna Summer and film scores.

Donna Summer: Donna Summer was an American singer whose disco recordings helped define the genre. Moroder and Summer shaped electronic disco together through a series of influential recordings.
Munich sound: The polished disco style developed by producers and musicians working in Munich in the 1970s. Moroder’s productions helped establish this distinctive European disco sound.
