Great Replacement conspiracy theory

The Great Replacement conspiracy theory falsely claims that elites are deliberately replacing white populations in Western countries through immigration and demographic change.

Renaud Camus: A French writer who popularized the phrase “Great Replacement” in a 2011 book. His writing gave the conspiracy theory its name and a widely circulated formulation.
Demographic transition: The historical shift from high birth and death rates to lower birth and death rates as societies develop. Real population changes follow broad social patterns, not the coordinated plot the theory alleges.
Tucker Carlson: An American television host who repeatedly promoted claims that Democrats sought to replace existing voters through immigration. His broadcasts brought replacement rhetoric to a large mainstream U.S. audience.
