Gulf of Aqaba

The Gulf of Aqaba is the northeastern arm of the Red Sea between the Sinai and Arabian peninsulas. Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia border its shores.

Sinai Peninsula: A triangular peninsula in Egypt connecting Africa and Asia, bordered by the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea. Its eastern shore forms one side of the gulf.
Eilat: An Israeli port city and resort at the northern end of the Gulf of Aqaba. Its waterfront tourism and port depend on access to the gulf.
