Gyeongju

Gyeongju is a city in southeastern South Korea that served as the capital of the Silla kingdom. Its historic sites include royal tombs, temples, and palace remains.

Daereungwon: A historic park in central Gyeongju containing large Silla-era royal and aristocratic tombs. Its grass-covered burial mounds are among the city’s most visible archaeological landmarks.
