Hungarian Communist Party

The Hungarian Communist Party was a communist political organization founded in 1918. It led the short-lived Hungarian Soviet Republic in 1919 and later operated through periods of repression, exile, and political change.

Béla Kun: A Hungarian communist politician who led the Hungarian Soviet Republic in 1919. He organized the party after returning from captivity in Russia and became its most prominent early leader.
