Iced tea

Iced tea is a tea-based drink served cold, commonly over ice. It may be sweetened or flavored with ingredients such as lemon, fruit, or herbs.

Tea: An infusion made by steeping leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant in water. Iced tea takes its defining flavor and caffeine from brewed tea.
Cold brew: A method of extracting flavor from coffee or tea by steeping it in cold water. Long, cool steeping produces iced tea without first brewing it hot.
