Interlibrary loan

Interlibrary loan is a service through which one library obtains books, articles, or other materials from another library for a user. It extends access beyond a library’s own collection.

ILLiad: ILLiad is library software for managing interlibrary loan requests and document delivery. It tracks requests and workflows from submission through fulfillment.
