Iron(II) hydroxide

Iron(II) hydroxide is an inorganic compound with formula Fe(OH)₂. It is typically a pale green solid that readily oxidizes in air.

Iron(II) salts: Ionic compounds containing iron in the +2 oxidation state. Dissolving an iron(II) salt with hydroxide ions commonly precipitates this compound.
