Isabella of France

Isabella of France (c. 1295–1358) was queen consort of England as the wife of Edward II and daughter of Philip IV of France. She helped depose Edward in 1326 and governed England as regent for their son, Edward III.

Edward II of England: King of England from 1307 until his deposition in 1327 and Isabella of France’s husband. Their marriage made Isabella queen; their conflict culminated in his overthrow.
