Jessica Tandy

Jessica Tandy (1909–1994) was a British-American stage and screen actress whose career spanned more than six decades. She won the Academy Award for Best Actress for Driving Miss Daisy.

Driving Miss Daisy: A 1989 film about an aging Jewish woman in Atlanta and her African-American chauffeur, adapted from Alfred Uhry’s play. Tandy won her Academy Award for portraying Daisy Werthan.
Hume Cronyn: A Canadian-American actor and writer whose stage and screen career included frequent collaborations with Jessica Tandy. Cronyn was Tandy’s husband and recurring artistic partner for decades.
