Jonathan Pryce

Jonathan Pryce is a Welsh actor whose career spans classical and contemporary theatre, film, and television. His screen roles include Brazil, The Crown, and The Two Popes.

The Two Popes: A 2019 drama film portraying conversations between Pope Benedict XVI and Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio. Pryce played Bergoglio, later Pope Francis, in this film.
Terry Gilliam: An American-born film director, animator, and member of the comedy group Monty Python. Gilliam directed Brazil, the film that established Pryce as a distinctive screen lead.
