Justus von Liebig

Justus von Liebig (1803–1873) was a German chemist who helped establish organic chemistry, advanced agricultural chemistry, and reshaped laboratory teaching.

Friedrich Wöhler: A German chemist whose work helped establish organic chemistry and who collaborated with Liebig. Their 1832 study of bitter almond oil became a landmark in organic chemistry.
