Kadampa
Kadampa is a Tibetan Buddhist tradition formed around the teachings of the Indian master Atisha and his Tibetan disciple Dromtönpa. Its emphasis on gradual training, ethical discipline, and the integration of Buddhist teachings shaped later Tibetan schools.
