Kate Bush

Kate Bush is an English singer-songwriter, musician, and record producer whose theatrical art-pop combines distinctive vocals, literary themes, and studio experimentation.

Wuthering Heights: A 1978 Kate Bush single inspired by Emily Brontë’s novel, sung from the perspective of its ghostly character Catherine Earnshaw. Her debut single made a literary character the voice of a chart-topping pop song.
