Ken Follett

Ken Follett is a Welsh novelist known for historical fiction and thrillers, including The Pillars of the Earth and Eye of the Needle.

The Pillars of the Earth: A 1989 historical novel by Ken Follett about building a cathedral in the fictional English town of Kingsbridge. This medieval cathedral-building epic became Follett’s signature novel.
Cardiff: The capital and largest city of Wales. Follett was born in Cardiff in 1949.
