Keystone Studios

Keystone Studios was an American film studio founded by Mack Sennett in 1912. It became known for fast-paced slapstick comedies and helped establish conventions of screen comedy.

Mack Sennett: A Canadian-born American filmmaker and producer who founded Keystone Studios and became known as the “King of Comedy.” He founded the studio and directed its slapstick production system.
