Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes

A South Slavic state established in 1918 from the Kingdom of Serbia and former Habsburg territories. It was renamed the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1929.

Kingdom of Serbia: An independent Balkan kingdom that became the central state in the 1918 union of South Slavic lands. Its government and monarchy formed the core of the new kingdom.
