Kryvyi Rih

Kryvyi Rih is a city in central Ukraine, in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Its development and economy have been shaped by extensive iron-ore deposits and steelmaking.

Inhulets River: A river in central and southern Ukraine that flows through Kryvyi Rih before joining the Dnieper. The river valley provided the setting for the settlement and later shaped the city's elongated layout.
