Lānaʻi

Lānaʻi is an island in the Hawaiian Islands and part of Maui County. Its history includes extensive pineapple plantations, and its largest settlement is Lānaʻi City.

Castle & Cooke: An American company that became a major landowner and business operator in Hawaii. It controlled Lānaʻi for decades and shaped the island’s modern development.
Shipwreck Beach: A remote beach on Lānaʻi’s northern coast, named for vessels wrecked offshore. The stranded ship visible from shore reflects the island’s rugged coastline.
