Late Triassic

The Late Triassic was the final epoch of the Triassic Period, lasting about 237 to 201 million years ago. It ended with a mass extinction that reshaped life on Earth.

Carnian: The earliest age of the Late Triassic, lasting roughly 237 to 227 million years ago. Its humid interval helped expand forests and dinosaur diversity.
