Libu

The Libu were an ancient people named in Egyptian records and associated with regions west of the Nile Delta. They are among the groups later associated with the name Libyans.

Ancient Libya: The broad region west of ancient Egypt, whose boundaries and inhabitants varied across periods. The Libu are one of the earliest named peoples associated with this region.
