Lloyd Morrisett

Lloyd Morrisett (1929–2023) was an American developmental psychologist and television executive who co-founded the Children’s Television Workshop, later renamed Sesame Workshop.

Joan Ganz Cooney: An American television producer who co-founded the Children’s Television Workshop and helped create Sesame Street. Cooney and Morrisett jointly developed the institution and vision behind Sesame Street.
Sesame Street: An American educational television series for children that combines live action, animation, and puppetry. The series was the central project Morrisett and Cooney designed for preschool learning.
