Madeleine Albright

Madeleine Albright was a Czech-born American diplomat who served as the first woman United States secretary of state, from 1997 to 2001.

Bill Clinton: Bill Clinton was the 42nd president of the United States, serving from 1993 to 2001. He appointed Albright as secretary of state after she served as his ambassador to the United Nations.
Kosovo War: The Kosovo War was a 1998–1999 conflict between Yugoslav forces and Kosovo Albanian forces, followed by NATO intervention. Albright pressed for NATO action against Yugoslavia during the crisis.
